Internal Resources

On this page resources developed within L'Arche will be posted. Various communities have responded creatively to these issues and best practices are emerging. This will be a place to share what we have created or learned while trying to respond to the issues of supporting core members as they age, die and grieve.

We also want to look at how to best support each other as assistants during these passages. Note that some related resources can be found in the Spirituality Commission's section either in the Resources for communities or in the Contributions from communities pages. Let's use the web to share these resources and build on our present knowledge.

Power Point Presentations

Download our Power Point presentation on Grief

Download our Power Point presentation on Palliative Care

Download our Power Point presentation on Aging

Download our Power Point presentation on Dementia

These four PowerPoint's can be used for assistants formation and hopefully to stimulate conversation about these topics in our communities.

Note: Presentation on dementia can take a few minutes to download
